Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and accurately record data on student progress and behaviors
• Assist in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions

Qualifications:
• Current RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working in school environments supporting children with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans with fidelity

• Position is based in Los Angeles, California, serving students onsite within a school setting
