Qualifications
• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Parent Education and engaging families in behavioral strategies
• Strong understanding Behavior Management techniques
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Relevant certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Proficiency in developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in an educational and clinic setting
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly in a school setting or clinic, is preferred
