BCBA Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs
Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis
Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality
Active BCBA certification
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
Work Location: In-home, school, and community settings with flexible schedules.
