Job Responsibilities
The BCBAwill complete behavioral behavior assessments, reassessments, behavior plans, and safety plans for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. This position will design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving the client's independent functioning skills. This position will use evidence-based practices and interventions to modify behaviors and increase language, communication, social, independent play and self-help skills.

Job Requirements
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Social Work, Psychology or related field
• BCBA or BCaBA credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• At least one year experience in providing behavior assessments and treatment
• Basic computer skills and effective time management skills are a must
