Job Description

RBTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. You'll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.
Responsibilities
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home or community settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document accurate data on client progress
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
Qualifications
• Active RBT certification preferred
• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
• A compassionate and patient approach to care
• Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
