Job Description
hedule: 4:30 pm–7:30 pm, Monday–Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst
• Use ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Attend regular training and supervision sessions
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must complete the 40‑hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)
• Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe
• Reliable transportation to clinic
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and competent in working with individuals with autism
