Job Description

will:
• Conduct assessments (VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, pediatric nurses, therapists, and school teams to ensure consistent, integrated support.
• Monitor progress, adjust programming, and maintain high‑quality clinical documentation.

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Commitment to family‑centered, interdisciplinary care
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred
