Job Description

d Behavior Analysis.

You will be supervised and trained carefully by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) on a weekly basis. Your BCBA will provide a vast amount of knowledge about the field of ABA and work with you to find the best way serve our wonderful clients. As a Case Manager you will also be able to acquire supervision hours (hours needed to sit for the BCBA exam) at no cost!

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide direct supervision to assigned clients
• Provide parent training
• Manage Cases (ie reports, create programs, create stimuli, create BIPs)
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians and provide them with a strong support system
• Continuously monitor and analyze client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly

ICAN-B Tier System:

All Case Manager applicants must show proof of future or current enrollment in an ABA Master Program.

CM Tier Level 1: $22-$25 Per Hour (2+ years of experience in the field of ABA, 75% of ABA master program completed (must show proof), and RBT certification (not required))

CM Tier Level 2: $26- $28 Per Hour (2+ years of experience in the field of ABA, 75% of ABA master program completed (must show proof), and RBT certification)

CM Tier Level 3: $29-$30 Per Hour (2+ years of experience in the field of ABA, 90% of ABA master program completed, and RBT certification)

If you are an entry level Case Manager applicant, upon hire ICAN-B will provide you with the resources to become a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Spanish speaking is a plus (high need)!!

Qualifications:
• Experience/exposure with ABA, DTT, PRT, PECS, NET, and DR procedures is preferred. (not required)
• 2+ years experience in the field of ABA
• RBT Certification
• Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunization, CPR training & certification
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance is required
• Part-Time prospects must be available between the hours of 3-8 pm, also a minimum of 4 days out of the week, Monday-Saturday
