Job Description

Lasting Behavioral Solutions (LBS)is looking for passionate and dedicatedBehavior Techniciansto join our team! As a BT at LBS, you’ll work under the supervision of aBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism. You’ll play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and adaptive skills — all while making a real impact in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies.
• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistency and progress.
• Follow ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or currently enrolled in college courses.
• Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
