Position: Speech Therapist

Are you a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in children's lives? Kidology Inc. is seeking a therapist to work in a hybrid role that includes both in-clinic sessions and travel to client locations, such as daycares, homes, and schools.

Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress
• Travel between clinic locations and client sites as needed

Therapists must be willing to travel between both locations and to daycares and other client sites in the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Pennsylvania licensure
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
