Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:
• Provide individual and/or group therapy to high-functioning clients in a supportive, professional setting
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with clients to identify therapeutic goals and track progress
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our EHR (Therapy IQ)
• Coordinate care with medical providers, family members, or external agencies as appropriate
• Participate in optional case consults, peer support, and professional development opportunities
• Promote a culture of wellness and empowerment in every session

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, etc.)
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred (internship experience considered for strong candidates)
• Trauma-informed and culturally competent approach
• Passion for evidence-based practices and commitment to client-centered care
• Comfortable using EHRs and technology in daily workflow
• Willingness to see 10–25 clients weekly (based on your availability and goals)

Bonus If You Have:
• EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, or other trauma-specific training
• Experience working with first responders, youth, or couples
• Interest in group therapy or psychoeducational groups

Wellness Mindset Counseling Services is a dynamic and expanding group behavioral health practice based in Florida. We serve diverse populations with a focus on trauma-informed care, holistic wellness, and accessible mental health services. Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed mental health counselors, PMHNPs, and case management professionals. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a qualified Collaborating Physician (MD or DO) to support our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) under Florida’s supervision laws.
