• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data and maintain accurate records related to behavior intervention plans
• Implement strategies to increase positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions
Desired Qualifications:
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in educational or clinical settings with children or adolescents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
