Job Description

the ABLEâ„¢ assessment
• Provide data-driven coaching to educators
• Model proactive classroom management strategies
• Support trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
• Use the Insightâ„¢ platform to track progress and guide coaching
• Partner with school leaders to strengthen behavioral systems
• Participate in PD days and school-based problem-solving when appropriate
• Contribute to training, systems development, and data projects (remote during holidays/summer)

What We're Looking For
• Required: Active BCBA + Maryland LBA
• Experience in school-based behavior systems or instructional coaching
• Strong data fluency and ability to influence adult practice
• Mission-driven mindset with commitment to equity and trauma-informed care
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

Schedule & Work Model
• Full-time, salaried position
• 8-hour days aligned to the school calendar
• On-site during the school year
• Remote during holidays/summer for special projects

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $95,000-$110,000 (Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, credentials, and demonstrated expertise in professional development delivery, educator coaching, and systems-level implementation)
• Incentives may be offered (sign-on or completion)
• 10 days PTO
• 401(k)

You may be placed at one or multiple Baltimore schools, such as:
The Baer School, Claremont Middle/High School, Briscoe, Sharpe Leadenhall, or Lois T. Murray.
