rooted in Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of services delivered to our residents, guiding staff, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavioral Analysts and BIS staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
• Conduct regular team meetings, evaluations, and training sessions to foster growth and excellence.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical and behavioral teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Oversee documentation such as Service Plans, Functional Assessments, and Behavior Plans to meet OPWDD standards.
• Conduct site visits to residences, review records, and support staff in applying Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Advocate for the Minimum Effective Dose of Medications and support staff in modifying support plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the Training and QA departments to ensure staff certifications and ongoing education.

Qualifications:
• Must be a licensed LCSW or BCBA with a Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experienced in leadership, supervision, or program management.
• Flexible and willing to work nontraditional hours if needed.
• Committed to compliance, ethical standards, and continuous improvement.
