Job Description
th children on the autism spectrum, using evidence-based ABA strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions while building supportive and positive relationships with each client
Collect and record data on client progress to ensure effective treatment
Collaborate closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to adjust goals and interventions as needed
Help maintain a safe, structured, and fun environment where children can thrive

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and run short distances if needed for client safety
Previous experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus, but not required-we'll provide full training!
