Job Role
Adams Clinical is a research site network specializing in late-phase psychiatry and neurology clinical trials. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Professional for a full-time role at our Watertown location.
We are seeking clinical professionals that have the following degree/licensure in the State of Massachusetts
• PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• LCSW
• LMSW
• LMHC
OR who have a masters in a mental health related field. Degrees in art therapy, expressive therapies, master's degrees in non-clinical programs will not meet requirements for this role.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Watertown office, with typical business hours. Occasional evening hours may be required.
Clinical Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience, including diagnostic evaluations, administering assessments, and patient care in psychiatry or related settings.
• Experience conducting differential diagnoses is strongly preferred.
• Experience with substance use disorders is a plus.
• Prior exposure to clinical trials or neuropsychological assessments is a plus; training will be provided.
• This role is not suited for recent graduates without prior clinical experience or for clinicians who are seeking roles providing direct therapy.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Screening & Enrollment: Conduct screening interviews and diagnostic evaluations to determine participant eligibility for clinical trials, as well as appropriate follow up.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
• Neuropsychological Ratings & Assessments: Administer psychiatric and neuropsychological rating scales and assessments for participants.
Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
