Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct supervision and support to RBTs in person and via telehealth
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals
• Monitor data, evaluate progress, and revise treatment plans accordingly
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards
Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Licensed in Maryland or willingness to obtain Maryland licensure within 30 days (required for clients credentialed through Maryland providers but seen in DC)
• Minimum one year of ABA experience with children
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting
• Part Time BCBA openings are also available with a rate of $95-100 per hour.
