We are seeking a Float Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. As a Float BCBA, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistent, high-quality ABA services by covering caseloads during leaves of absence, vacancies, new clinic openings, or special area coverage needs.
Manage a rotating caseload of clients (1,000-1,200 therapy hours/month)
Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and program modifications (~12% supervision or 25-30 billable hours/week)
Implement individualized parent training programs
Support onboarding BCBAs, DeNovo clinic growth, and area coverage needs
Attend clinical and administrative meetings
Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and documentation standards
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing with BACB
Ability to travel between assigned center locations
Comfort with both administrative and active clinical responsibilities
