We serve clients across Miami, Broward, Palm Beach, and Collier Counties and are urgently hiring for immediate placement in Miami Shore FL.

Role Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans created by Breakthrough Leaders (BCBAs) in clients’ homes, schools, daycares, and our new naturalistic centers.
You will receive ongoing supervision, professional development training, and AI-enhanced learning tools to support your growth in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). FreshStarts values career development and employee support, creating an environment where professionals can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies as outlined in treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and documentation.
• Maintain active RBT certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality policies, ethical standards, and company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Uphold company values and professionalism in all client interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Active RBT certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, ABA therapy, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in ABA therapy, autism services, behavioral intervention, and child development.
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension).
• Experience handling crisis management cases (able to respond calmly and effectively in high-stress situations)
• Morning and afternoon availability required.
• Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs without physical strain.

• Competitive hourly rate in an employed position ($22 - $26 per hour).
