We are currently seeking a motivated MSW Supervisee in Social Work who is passionate about building a strong clinical foundation and committed to ethical, compassionate care. This position is designed to begin part-time, evenings and weekends and grow into a salaried full-time therapist role within the practice.
We will hire a self-directed clinician who can work independently while utilizing the support and resources of the practice. The clinician is expected to manage clinical responsibilities autonomously, follow up with referrals within 24 hours, engage in outreach as appropriate, and actively build and maintain a steady caseload consistent with practice expectations.
The MSW Supervisee will provide individual and group psychotherapy services under clinical supervision while working toward LCSW licensure. This position offers comprehensive supervision, LCSW exam preparation, and full administrative support—allowing you to focus on your clients and professional growth.

Responsibilities
·Work independently

·Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
·Develop and maintain treatment plans consistent with best practices
·Communicate professionally with clients, families, and referral sources
·Adhere to legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards of clinical social work practice
Qualifications
·Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program required
·Eligible for Virginia Supervisee in Social Work status
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered practice
·Desire to grow professionally in a supportive team environment
