Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting students and educational staff for the 2026-2027 school year! This full-time contract opportunity spans from August 12, 2026, to June 4, 2027, offering a dynamic setting with a K-12 caseload. Key Qualifications:
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials required
• Previous experience within school settings is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive school environment

Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective intervention plans
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement evidence-based strategies
• Train and supervise support staff involved in behavioral programming
• Collect data and monitor student progress, making adjustments as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical guidelines
