Job Description

One Step Forward is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide individualized ABA therapy services to children throughout Goshen, Chester, Monroe, and surrounding Orange County communities.

This is an opportunity to work directly with children while helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through evidence based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll be part of a supportive clinical team that values collaboration, growth, and meaningful outcomes for every child and family we serve.

What You'll Be Doing
• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy services
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, and adaptive living skills
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Utilize ABA strategies including reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and behavior intervention techniques
• Collect accurate session data and complete detailed documentation
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs regarding treatment progress and program updates

• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA, RBT, education, special education, behavioral health, or childcare experience is a plus
