Your Purpose:

Transform behaviors. Empower lives. As a BCBA at Envision, you'll craft behavior plans that reduce barriers and elevate personal growthhelping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive.
What Youll Do:
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to uncover root causes
• Design Behavior Support Plans tailored to individual goals
• Lead staff trainings using proven, evidence-based techniques
• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
• Provide clinical documentation and participate in interdisciplinary reviews
• Collaborate in planning meetings, psychiatric reviews, and human rights committees
• Partner with compassionate staff in creating inclusive, goal-driven environments

What You Bring:
• Current BCBA certification
• At least 1 year of experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A valid drivers license and flexibility to travel to multiple program sites
• A passion for progress and a commitment to ethical, person-centered care
