Job Description
Able Light is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Auburn, Washington, to lead behavioral support teams and implement comprehensive behavior support plans in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling severe challenging behavior and training staff effectively.
This role requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, as well as a commitment to excellence and a passion for serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 is offered.
