• Focused Clinical Work: Access to quality assurance support and an extensive goal bank, so you can prioritize direct client impact.
• Administrative Support: BT liaison handles daily coordination, freeing you to focus on supervision and clinical planning.
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 at 3 months, $2,500 at 6 months.

Your Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Supervise and support behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented, empathetic, and committed to evidence-based clinical care.
Locations: Multiple opportunities statewide, including Atlanta, Alpharetta, and surrounding areas.
