Job Description

ith individuals, particularly children with developmental disabilities, to implement behavior plans created by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your role will involve providing direct client care, collecting data on client behavior, and assisting in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• *Duties:**

- Provide direct client care in both one-on-one and group settings

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA

- Collect and record data based on client behavior

- Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals

- Communicate effectively with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress

- Assist in behavior reduction assessments and skills acquisition

- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress
• *Requirements:**

- RBT License released by BACB

- English speaker
• *Experience:**

- Prior experience or coursework in behavioral therapy or related field

- Familiarity with behavior management techniques

- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder

- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• *Skills:**

- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques

- Strong understanding of medical records and terminology

- Experience in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

- Knowledge of patient care practices

- Familiarity with special education practices

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

This position requires fluency in English language (spoken, written, and reading). Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and working with individuals with autism are highly desirable.
