Job Description

Location
West Metro Atlanta area
This is an in-person role located approximately 30–40 minutes from central Atlanta with a reverse commute (opposite traffic flow) for a smoother, lower-stress drive.
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting at $52/hour (W-2) or $62/hour (1099)
• All direct and indirect time paid
• End-of-year retention bonus
• $250 annual CEU stipend
• Access to evaluation materials
Schedule
• Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
• School year: July 2026 – May 2027
• Opportunity for renewal
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool-aged children (ages 2.5–5)
• Utilize standardized assessments, clinical observations, and caregiver/teacher input
• Determine eligibility for school-based services
• Complete clear, timely, and compliant evaluation reports
• Communicate results and recommendations to families and school teams
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support early identification and service planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCCs preferred
• Experience conducting pediatric evaluations, preferably in a school or early childhood setting
• Strong report writing and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with team members
