Looking for supervision hours? We are hiring a playful, high-energy intern at the Centennial CO location!
Success On The Spectrum provides free supervision and hands-on training to individuals enrolled in a Board Certified Behavior Analyst school. SOS is an approved practicum site for many universities. Our university partnerships allow all SOS employees to access college tuition discounts!
Our paid internship program supports our culture of excellence, accountability, and critical thinking. You will be trained to do everything that the BCBA does and supervised by them while you work. Once you graduate, there is a guaranteed path to remain at SOS as a BCBA for newly opening locations. Ask us about our student loan tuition reimbursement program!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Work In Center Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30pm - 6:30pm
• Assist with patient assessments and reassessments for assigned caseload (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Socially Savvy, ABAS-3, Vineland) under the supervision of the BCBA
• Assists in updates to patient treatment plans including but not limited to formal reports, intervention plans and teaching instructions under the direct supervision of the BCBA
• Assist in training and supervision of behavior technicians which includes but is not limited to formal evaluations, feedback and disciplinary actions
• Assist in parent training
• Attend bi-weekly ABA Staff Meeting and assist BCBA in the delivery of patient updates
• Gather data to provide feedback on staff trial counts, IOA and other reports to measure fidelity of treatment
• Conduct direct therapy, models and supports behavior technicians to achieve optimal expectations of direct treatment.
• Maintains and organizes patient materials necessary for therapy treatment
• Write detailed SOAP notes
• Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities
• General End-of-day Cleaning duties
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree completed
• Must be enrolled in a Masters program and started your BCBA coursework
• No criminal background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
