Prism's ABA treatment is compassionate, relationship-based and a lot of fun. We welcome entry level applicants who are excited to learn! We are pleased to offer a sign on bonus of $500! Job Highlights :
Work 1:1 in a small center-based program for children with ASD ages 0-6 Work under the direct supervision of a BCBA Ample training and support Fun and welcoming work environment Consistent schedule, no evenings or weekends Employee engagement activities (celebrations, events, and shout outs!) Clinical :
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the supervisor) Keep children motivated to learn Collect accurate data and objectively report session progress notes Ability to work independently Follow all HIPAA ( Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines related to client privacy Basic & Physical Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (clients, equipment, etc.) Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time Must be able to sit on the floor, in small chairs, or stand for extended periods of time Must be able to push, pull, carry, reach, bend, twist, run, stoop, climb, etc. as needed Must be willing to manage challenging behaviors with support Must be able to remain conscious and alert at all times Prism provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
