As a therapist, you will have the autonomy to provide counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and approaches. Your role will involve helping clients navigate through challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth and healing.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' mental health needs, social determinants of health and develop treatment plans
-Conduct individual, family and/or group sessions
- Utilize evidence-based practices
- Assist clients in crisis management situations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes
- Provide patient care with compassion, respect, and confidentiality
-Providing input to the group practice for growth
Qualifications:
-Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
- Valid state licensure as a therapist
- Experience in providing therapy services to diverse populations
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
