Job Description
: Part-time hourly, no benefits
Pay: From $20.00- $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Provides one on one ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans developed by a Behavior Analyst in order to increase desired skills and decrease challenging behaviors.
• Collects data on client’s behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Follows Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct.
• With the BCBA, instructs patients and family/significant others in home programs and protocols.
• Maintains current CPR certification.
• Works in collaboration with other team members to ensure the client’s success.
• Maintains client clinical session notes and other daily documentation.
• May assist the Behavioral Analysts in developing reports and/or conducting assessments.
Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelors Degree in Psychology or a related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred.
• Must pass a level two background screening.
• Physical activity in the role is required including being able to stand, sit, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50+ pounds from time to time and play/teach on the floor with a child.
