Job Description
Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking BCBA-level leadership to oversee pediatric ABA programs. You’ll develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and mentor staff while expanding clinical delivery across centers.
We offer a total compensation package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, uncapped bonuses, sign-on up to $10,000, generous time off, and growth tracks from BCBA to Sr.
