Our mission is to build independence, meaningful life skills, and long-term success through compassionate, evidence-based ABA. We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a real-life impact in a structured residential environment. What You'll Do As a Residential BCBA, you will: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) Develop individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans Embed programming into daily living routines Supervise and coach residential staff to ensure consistent implementation across shifts Provide on-site crisis support and proactive behavior reduction strategies Monitor data, adjust programs, and ensure measurable progress Collaborate with families, schools, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams What You Bring Active BCBA certification Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field 5+ years of BCBA experience (residential experience preferred) Strong skills in DTT, NET/NATS, and functional communication training Experience supervising staff and managing behavior in dynamic settings Why Jade Supportive, collaborative team culture Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Roth IRA through CalSavers Continuing education support Opportunities for growth within residential and clinical programs If you're looking for a role where clinical skill meets real-world impact, we'd love to connect.
