ABA Registered Behavior Technician RBT - Lafayette Co

Job Summary:

Kiwi Kids ABA is seeking a talented and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in Broomfield, CO. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions, working closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to promote positive behavior change and skill development. If you're passionate about helping individuals grow and thrive, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change
• Collect simple data to track progress
• Support independence with ADLs as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

Requirements:
• RBT certification
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Strong communication skills
