Job Description
bility: Enjoy 1 dedicated telehealth day each week, with the potential for up to 2 based on center needs—so you can balance in-person collaboration with flexibility.
Formal ESDM Training (Paid by Soar): Every BCBA receives certification in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)—a nationally recognized, play-based approach to autism therapy rarely offered by employers.
Real Interdisciplinary
Collaboration:
You’ll partner daily with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers to create integrated care plans and shared treatment goals.
Career Growth That’s Clear and Supported: Defined clinical pathways to advance into roles like Local Clinical Trainer or Partner Clinician (Clinical Director).
A Mission That’s Bigger Than Metrics: We are a clinician-led organization focused on raising the standard of care for children with autism. You’ll have the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work.
What You’ll Do
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a center-based environment.
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans grounded in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
Collaborate closely with other disciplines (SLP, OT, psychology, and medical) to align therapy goals and family communication.
Coach and empower parents as partners in their child’s progress. Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and maintain documentation that reflects compassionate and ethical care.
What You Bring
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Passion for early intervention and a belief in play-based therapy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A growth mindset aligned with Soar’s core values:
High Expectations, Belonging, Trust, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, and Fun.
What You’ll Get
Compensation: Competitive base salary (state-specific range shared during initial conversation) + performance-based bonus.
Benefits: Medical ($0 deductible), dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with company contribution; 11 holidays + 15 days of PTO.
Hybrid
Schedule:
1 guaranteed telehealth day per week; potential for 2 as center maturity allows.
CEU Support & Paid ESDM Certification: Soar covers your certification and continuing education.
Short-term disability coverage for all team members.
Collaborative culture: Weekly interdisciplinary care meetings, shoutouts, and team appreciations.
Growth opportunities as Soar expands across Colorado, Arizona, and beyond.
