Provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) - Functional Behavioral Assessment and development of a Behavioral Support Plan

Provide training and supervision to support staff providing ABA services

Provide direct supervision of the behavior technicians as required by Board Certification standards

Modify the Behavioral Support Plan based on frequent, systematic evaluation of direct observational data

Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing

Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with the youth and their families

Qualifications

  • The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) uses best practices and technologies within a community setting to assist youth with acquiring, retaining, improving and generalizing the behavioral, self-help, socialization, relational, and communication skills needed to enhance relationships, and increase independence and functioning
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing
  • Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with the youth and their families
