Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to K-12 students in a school setting
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of therapy sessions and communications
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required
Qualifications and Experience:
• Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience providing SLP services in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Ability to manage a small caseload independently without support from Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with educators and families
• Commitment to student-centered therapy and educational collaboration
Location:
• West Hartford, Connecticut
