Position: Behavior Technician — 1:1 ABA Therapy Impact & Growth
A.G.E.S Learning Solutions is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism in various settings. This role involves collaborating with families and team members while implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), experience in ABA therapy, and strong teamwork skills. Flexibility in scheduling and travel to client sites are also essential.
