Key Responsibilities
• Support daily activities while ensuring health, safety, and well-being.
• Implement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs) to tailor to each individual's needs.
• Collect behavioral data and monitor progress to ensure effective support.
• Provide training in adaptive, social, functional, and community-integration skills.
• Encourage independence, learning, and positive social interactions among individuals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for individuals to thrive.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification is mandatory.
• DSP I & II certifications (Title 17) are required.
• CPI (Crisis-Prevention Intervention) certification is preferred; training is provided.
• Experience with ABA techniques, specifically in task analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
Compensation
$26.00-$28.00/hr. (DOE), with work scheduled on Friday to Monday PM.

- •As a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on support and skill-building services to adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs
- •You will work closely with leadership and consultants to help individuals gain independence, enhance their daily living skills, and engage positively within their homes and communities
