Job Description
What You'll Do:
Follow behavior plans created by the supervisor
Work one-on-one with children Collect data on behaviors Collaborate with the care team Keep accurate notes
What You Need:
Experience working with children, especially those with autism
Understanding of behavior therapy techniques Ability to follow care plans Basic skills in data collection Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines Good communication skills Certification in behavior management is a plus
