Duties
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior changes during sessions.
• Assist in the development of behavioral goals and strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Educate clients and their families on behavioral techniques and strategies to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide support in various settings, including home, school, or community environments.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote skill development and social interaction.

Experience
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information.
• Ability to educate clients and families effectively about behavioral health concepts.
• Experience in maintaining medical records accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • This role is essential in providing quality care and support to enhance the behavioral health and overall well-being of our clients
