Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a child caseload (determined by therapy hours, not arbitrary caps)
• Maintain billable hours/week with strong administrative support
• Conduct assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and update programming
• Supervise RBTs per BACB standards
• Deliver consistent parent training and maintain collaborative caregiver relationships
• Ensure continuity of care
• Partner daily with RBTs, fellow BCBAs, and leadership to maintain clinical excellence
What You Bring to the Role:
• Strong ABA clinical competency, including treatment plan development, FBA writing, and supervision
• Ability to provide a redacted FBA + treatment plan sample to demonstrate writing quality and analytic reasoning
• Experience supporting high-need behavior cases (SIB, elopement, aggression, etc.)
• Confidence coaching parents and communicating clearly with caregivers
• Active BCBA
