Job Description
Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience delivering 1:1 care and behavior support in educational environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow individualized behavior plans
• Commitment to fostering a nurturing and structured learning atmosphere
Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data on student progress
• Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educators, and families
