Position Summary
In this role, youll conduct behavioral assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective support strategies are in place. Youll provide training to school personnel, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as needed to promote positive outcomes. By fostering collaboration and evidence-based practices, youll play a vital role in helping students reach their full potential.

Qualifications
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Florida
• Experience in school-based settings (preferred)
• Strong skills in collaboration, data analysis, and behavioral assessment
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and student confidentiality
