Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and bilingual (English and Spanish) Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, and ensure the highest quality of ABA therapy.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Support and supervise RBTs in the effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and assist in evaluating client progress.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation using ABA Matrix software for all clinical notes and daily logs.
Qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong commitment to punctuality, kindness, patience, and responsibility.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
