• Deliver consistent 1:1 support during daily routines and community activities
• Collect precise data on target behaviors and progress toward skill acquisition goals
• Utilize approved crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies
• Support life skills development including hygiene, communication, social interaction, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate closely with a supervising BCBA and residential team
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Experience working with individuals exhibiting high behavioral needs
• Strong grasp of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior reduction techniques
• Skilled in crisis prevention and intervention techniques
• Reliable, patient, and professional with the ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
Schedule and Location:
• Approximately 15 hours per week, part-time contract assignment
• Flexible scheduling options, including afternoons, evenings, or weekends based on client needs
• Consistent 1:1 assignment with the same individual at a middle school setting in Murrieta, California
