Job Description

• Client availability is Mon-Fri 3PM-7PM

Competitive hourly rate Location: East Longmeadow, Westfield, Springfield, MA Responsibilities:
• Must be able to implement safety protocols to keep the client safe.
• Must have experience working with children with aggressive behaviors.
• Safety Care training recommended for this position. If you have experience working with clients with aggressive behaviors or are safety care trained, that will be looked at favorably
• Accurately implement structured and individualized intervention programs (behavior reduction and skill acquisition) developed by the Program Director for ABA
• 1+ years of experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, clients with moderate/severe disabilities or related disorders
• Follow specific management guidelines for the client
• Work as a team member to ensure the delivery of high-quality intervention across environments
• Maintain accurate data collection and graphing for each program
• Attend training opportunities as assigned by the Supervisor
• A complete daily documentation of service delivery for each client served
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all student-specific information (as required by HIPAA)
• Perform other duties and assignments as requested by the Supervisor
• High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills with clients, families, and administrators
• Demonstrated ability to follow the Behavior and Curriculum Plan accurately and consistently
• Demonstrated growth toward cultural competence

• MTHFRI3:30PM-6:30 PM or
• SAT/SUN 8 AM-1130AM
