What we're looking for:
• 5+ years in ABA operations or behavioral health administration
• Familiarity with Medicaid and private insurance authorization workflows for ABA
• Experience with ABA-specific EMR/practice management platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Lumary)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's required; Master's or BCBA credential a plus

- •You will operationalize the ABA service line from intake to clinical delivery
- •Launch and manage ABA service operations across the South Florida and Tampa markets
- •Oversee scheduling, intake, authorization management, and session utilization tracking
- •Collaborate with the BCBA Clinical Director to maintain clinical quality and payer compliance
- •Build and manage relationships with payers, referral sources, and school districts
- •Hire, train, and supervise RBTs and administrative support staff
