Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions and support based on established treatment plans
• Monitor and assist with behavioral and medical needs during the school day
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistency in care and progress tracking
• Maintain documentation and data collection for behavior analysis and reporting
• Uphold safety protocols and ensure a supportive environment for the student

Qualifications:
• Active or expired Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children exhibiting physical aggression and complex behavior support needs
• Ability to work full time (32.5 hours/week) or part time (15 hours/week), Monday through Friday
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in educational and clinical settings

  • Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience
  • Active or expired Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with children exhibiting physical aggression and complex behavior support needs
  • Ability to work full time (32.5 hours/week) or part time (15 hours/week), Monday through Friday
