• Provide small-group and individualized academic and behavioral support
• Implement accommodations and strategies to support diverse learning needs
• Assist students with sensory regulation and social skill development
• Collaborate with staff to support classroom success and consistency
• Coach and support teachers with effective strategies and interventions
• Float between classrooms to respond to student needs
• Participate in all program activities, including Friday field trips

Requirements
• Experience working with students with ASD or diverse learning/behavioral needs required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for youth development and creating inclusive student experiences

Nice-to-haves
• Background in education, special education, ABA, or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications (RBT, ABA training, or similar) a plus
